Yep. I am a math nerd, and proud to admit it! So while some may scoff at a WOW post all about zero, I know my fellow "math people" will appreciate it! Enjoy!
As you may know, I love animations of all kinds. Watch this cool video, which uses stop motion animation to create a very unique take on fireworks! If you would like to learn how to create your OWN stop motion animation, visit this link for a short tutorial: http://tinkerlab.com/easy-stop-motion-animation-kids/ . I would love to see your animation creations, so if you make one, PLEASE share it!! By the way.....please note the Marshmallow Peeps in honor of Easter this weekend! Happy Spring Break, everyone!! :) The above picture is an aerial view of tulip fields in the Netherlands!! It was taken by a drone in April, 2015. It was one of many entries in the 2015 National Geographic Traveler Photo Contest. To see more INCREDIBLE aerial photos from the contest, visit this link: 10 Amazing Aerial Highlights. I have always been fascinated by extreme close-ups and magnifications of nature, animals, insects, etc. Here are some amazing examples! What would YOU like to see magnified thousands of times? What do you think it might look like? Some artists use paint and canvas or pencil and paper. Artist Simon Beck uses freshly fallen snow on top of a mountain! What's YOUR idea for a unique work of art? Feel free to comment below! |
